# AI Crawl Control brings new tools to ready your site for the agentic Internet!

Hey everyone, it's Shii-chan! Today's news is all about getting your site ready for a web full of AI agents, and I'm excited!

## What was announced?

Over on the Cloudflare Changelog, [AI Crawl Control](https://developers.cloudflare.com/ai-crawl-control/) picked up new tools to help you prepare your site for the agentic Internet — a web where AI agents are first-class citizens that discover and interact with content differently than human visitors.

There are two pieces:

- The Metrics tab now has a Content Format chart, showing what content types AI systems request versus what your origin actually serves.
- The old Robots.txt tab has been renamed to Directives, and it now links to your site's [Agent Readiness](https://isitagentready.com) score.

## The story so far

Until now, most visitors to a site were human browsers. Lately, though, AI agents show up to fetch content more and more, and what they need can differ a bit from what humans need. These tools make that gap visible.

## What changes

With the Content Format chart, you can see at a glance where the formats AI wants and the formats your site returns diverge. That makes it easier to decide what to fix so your content reaches both humans and agents. The Directives tab also lets you check your Agent Readiness score as a quick gauge of how prepared you are.
