# Cloudflare One Client for Linux Goes GA! Reauth and Network Switching Just Got Smarter!

## What was announced?
According to Cloudflare's Changelog, version 2026.7.1343.0 of the Cloudflare One Client for Linux is now generally available (GA) on the stable releases downloads page. Several features that had been in beta are now part of the stable release.

## The story so far
Previously, when reauthentication was needed, the guidance wasn't always clear, and you sometimes had to handle it inside the app window itself. On top of that, connecting to networks that didn't support HTTP/3 could take a while to establish a connection.

## What changes
Reauthentication notifications are now clearer, and when needed, they redirect you to your browser instead of the app window, cutting down the steps to get back to work.

The client also learns and adapts on networks that block or don't support HTTP/3, automatically switching the fallback order to try HTTP/2 first before HTTP/3. That reduces connection delays on older or heavily restricted networks.

## Dive Deep
This release also bundles a bunch of smaller bug fixes:

- Fixed being unable to log into another organization while stuck showing "Device not in organization"
- A DNS search domain parsing failure no longer blocks the connection
- Fixed the cloud icon showing disconnected while actually fully connected
- Fixed missing certificate error display caused by a race condition
- Fixed an empty black window appearing when switching from docked dual displays to an undocked or internal display
- Fixed hostname routes not working for Cloudflare Mesh when the hostname's IP address is a local address

One known issue remains: in DNS Only mode, the client may send DNS queries for names configured for Local Domain Fallback to an encrypted DNS server instead of the system's configured resolver (this doesn't happen in other client modes).
