From Anthropic's News: NEC and Anthropic are forming a long-term partnership! Across the NEC Group, roughly 30,000 employees worldwide will get access to Claude. On top of that, NEC becomes Anthropic's first Japan-based global partner. A move of this scale coming out of Japan is a really big step.

What changes

Internally, engineers and employees will get to use Claude in their day-to-day work too. Both the builders and the users, all of NEC, shift toward an organization that operates with AI as a default.
