What was announced?

According to AWS What's New, Anthropic's newest frontier model, Claude Fable 5.1, is now generally available on Amazon Bedrock in AWS GovCloud (US). Why it matters

Claude Fable 5.1 is built for long-running, high-stakes work that can span hours. For a software project, it can own more of the work on its own, handling features across an entire codebase, code review, and performance work over sessions that run for hours.
