What was announced?

• Coursera, Duolingo: Productivity → Education
• Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, American Airlines: Shopping → Travel
• DoorDash, McDonald's, Instacart: Shopping → Food & Drink

Apps that used to be lumped under broad buckets like Productivity, Shopping, or Human Resources are moving into categories that better match how they're actually used. That means if you have a policy blocking "Human Resources," a recruiting app like ADP could end up outside that policy once it lands under Business instead.
