Bank Payments Come to Cloudflare Checkout: Meet Instant Bank Payments via Link!

What was announced?
From the Cloudflare Changelog comes a payment update called Instant Bank Payments via Link! On top of cards, you can now pay for Cloudflare services directly from your bank account at checkout.
It runs on the payments service Link, and Cloudflare's write-up lives at Instant Bank Payments via Link.
The story so far
Until now, paying for Cloudflare mostly meant cards. Paying straight from a bank account wasn't an option you'd see at checkout.
What changes
If you have a bank account saved in Link, it now shows up as a payment option at checkout. And if you don't have one saved yet, you can connect one right there during the checkout flow.
Better still, once you authenticate with Link the first time, your bank account is ready for future purchases without re-entering any details. Less typing is always welcome!

The flow is simple: at checkout, pick your bank account from your saved Link payment methods, then confirm the payment.
It's available to US-based self-serve accounts across all Cloudflare products. Your existing cards stay available too, so you can choose whichever you prefer.
One thing worth knowing is how it looks in your billing history. Bank-based Link payments show the payment method as link and the last four digits as 0000. Handy to remember so you don't get confused later. For the full details, check the Instant Bank Payments via Link documentation.
