Cloudy Summaries Land in PhishNet for Office 365!

What was announced?

Over on Cloudflare's Changelog, they announced that PhishNet for Office 365 now has "Cloudy summaries" — AI-generated summaries you can read right inside the email investigation flow. When you review a message in PhishNet, Cloudy writes up what the email is about for you.

The story so far

Until now, deciding whether a message was suspicious meant reading through the headers, the body, and the detection signals yourself, one by one. That takes time, and it's easy to miss something.

What changes

Cloudy surfaces the most relevant details up front, so you can grasp the nature of a message at a glance. With the key points right there, you can make faster and better-informed calls about suspicious emails.

Worried about privacy? These summaries are not trained on customer data. They're generated from the outputs of Cloudflare's existing detection models and analysis systems.
