Cloudflare's Billing Gets a Refresh — Now You Can Pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay
Hey everyone, it's me, Shiichan! Today I've got a small but handy update about how you pay Cloudflare each month.
Cloudflare ChangelogWhat was announced?
Over on the Cloudflare Changelog, they announced that the Billing Profile has been redesigned. The new Subscriptions tab brings your billing information, payment method management, and your subscriptions together in one place.
The story so far
Until now, billing details and payment methods were spread across different spots, so it was easy to wonder "wait, where do I update this again?"
What changes
With everything consolidated into the new Subscriptions tab, you can review your billing info and update your payment methods all from one spot. No more bouncing back and forth!
Dive Deep
The payment management and Pay overdue balances flows now use the same latest checkout as product purchases. That means you can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Instant Bank Payments via Link.
Security is covered too: new cards complete 3D Secure authentication when the issuer requires it — for example, the EU under PSD2 and India under RBI.
Wrap-up
- Cloudflare's Billing Profile has been redesigned
- Billing info, payment methods, and subscriptions are consolidated into the Subscriptions tab
- Supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Instant Bank Payments via Link

If you pay Cloudflare every month, this is a quiet but welcome upgrade!
