Did You Know AWS Builder Center Is Now a Mobile App?

Hi everyone, it's me, Shiichan! I've got some good news today for anyone who loves the AWS community.

AWS What's New aws.amazon.com

What was announced?

This comes from AWS What's New. AWS Builder Center, the community platform that used to be desktop- and web-only, is now available as a mobile app on iOS and Android. Builder Center is where you'll find articles, workshops, sandbox environments, events, and learning resources for the AWS community.

The story so far

Until now, AWS Builder Center was limited to desktop and web access, so there was no easy way to check trending articles or continue a course while you were out and about. You needed to sit down at a computer to use it.

What changes

With the mobile app, you can sign in with your AWS Builder ID and stay signed in across sessions. Here's what you can now do from your phone:

  • Browse trending articles
  • Access more than 600 AWS Skill Builder courses
  • Manage hands-on workshops that include free sandbox environments
  • Follow AWS Heroes, Community Builders, and User Group Leaders
  • Check the Builder Loft event calendar
  • Get push notifications for topics and communities you follow

The app also supports the Wishlist feature, so you can submit and manage product feedback directly to AWS teams. It's an easy way to stay connected to the community during a commute or any spare moment.
