Amazon OpenSearch Ingestion Lands in Paris!

What was announced?
From the AWS What's New feed, Amazon OpenSearch Ingestion is now available in the AWS Europe (Paris) Region (region code eu-west-3). That brings the total to 17 supported regions.
The story so far
Amazon OpenSearch Ingestion is a fully managed data ingestion tier that lets you ingest and process data before indexing it into Amazon OpenSearch managed clusters or serverless collections. It can filter, transform, redact, and route your data, and it handles provisioning and scaling for you automatically.
Until now, though, it wasn't available in Paris, so users in France and nearby had to pick another region.
What changes
With Paris now supported, you can run OpenSearch Ingestion right there. That's great if you want to keep data inside France or cut latency by staying in a closer region, and it's especially helpful for teams with data residency requirements.
