What was announced?

This comes from the Claude Blog. Claude for Small Business just added 43 new workflows and 27 new integrations with outside services. Alongside that, Anthropic announced a set of training and community programs to help small business owners and staff actually put Claude to work.

The story so far

Claude for Small Business launched back in May, and its dedicated plugin has already been installed over 900,000 times. But the number of integrations and workflows was still limited, so it couldn't yet cover the full range of day-to-day tasks — accounting, sales, marketing — that small businesses juggle.

What changes

The 27 new integrations include services like:

  • Shopify
  • Salesforce
  • TikTok
  • Atlassian
  • Zoom
  • Xero
  • Gusto
  • Square
  • Stripe
  • Zapier

Combined with the 43 new workflows, this significantly widens the range of tasks Claude can help with. For example, you can now hand off things like:

  • Weekly financial briefs and cash position reports
  • Lead qualification and automated response to inquiries
  • Turning voice memos into proposals
  • Planning social media content
  • Monthly accounting reconciliation

On the trust side, workflows require user approval by default, and existing software permissions from connected tools still apply. On Team and Enterprise plans, your business data isn't used to train Claude.

Dive Deep

On the training front, a "Fall SMB Tour" is bringing free workshops to 10 U.S. cities this fall. On top of that, over 150 "Approved Claude SMB Trainers" have already run more than 750 community workshops. Between September and November 2026, 14 partner-hosted webinars are also planned.

Anthropic is also expanding partnerships, working with Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses program, IncuVersity, and Echoing Green.
