What was announced?
According to AWS What's New, AWS Marketplace now applies a 0% listing fee to professional services that are part of a qualifying multi-product solution. This builds on the recent reduction of the professional services listing fee to 0.5%.
The story so far
Just recently, the professional services listing fee was cut to 0.5%. Now AWS is going a step further: professional services bundled into a multi-product solution can qualify for a 0% fee.
What changes
Partners transacting services through AWS Marketplace get an even lower cost, while keeping the billing benefits that come with transacting through Marketplace.
A multi-product solution qualifies for the 0% fee when its professional services are combined with at least one other valid, paid subscription. The fee applies to new subscriptions, while existing subscriptions continue under their original terms.
